Hello LGBTs and allies. Substack has created a new system called the referrals program. This means when you refer this newsletter to your friends, you get special perks. The perks are as follows:
Get a 1-month comp for 3 referrals
Get a 3-month comp for 5 referrals

Another update: I’m trying out a new system where three out of four Sunday Editions a month will be available to free subscribers, and the fourth one will only be available to paid subscribers. I really love writing this newsletter and I’d like to continue to spend as much time as I can working on it, but I can only do that with more funding. It’s getting more and more difficult to survive as a freelance writer these days – especially if you write about queer stuff – and making more of my income from this newsletter is my ultimate goal. If you have the means to upgrade your subscription, I would really appreciate that!
